Service took so much time

I should probably add that we like Art Caffe and frequent attend this one, and will again. Also, that we like he staff. However, there were a few issues, despite there being few customers: all our food took ages, and like other customers we (my wife) raised a concer about this; when my wife’s food came, it was a cold plate of slow-cooked beef, and needed replacing/warming; there wasn;t enough mango for the three mango smoothies we ordered, which all came late; I then ordered another juice, but after about ten minutes the waiter returned to tell me that they didn’t have that juice, either – something that presumably could have been communicated earlier. It was by now a looong time after our order had been made, and we were to catch a plane. The fish was extremely tough; the food wasn’t warm, let alone hot; cutlery was brought substantially after the food itself for some of us. A flustered evening for staff, and a slightly disappointing visit to a GreenPark/Athi River Art Caffe that we usually enjoy as our local.
