Artcaffe Greenpark

I should probably add that we like Art Caffe and frequent attend this one, and will again. Also, that we like he staff. However, there were a few issues, despite there being few customers: all our food took ages, and like other customers we (my wife) raised a concer about this; when my wife’s food came, it was a cold plate of slow-cooked beef, and needed replacing/warming; there wasn;t enough mango for the three mango smoothies we ordered, which all came late; I then ordered another juice, but after about ten minutes the waiter returned to tell me that they didn’t have that juice, either – something that presumably could have been communicated earlier. It was by now a looong time after our order had been made, and we were to catch a plane. The fish was extremely tough; the food wasn’t warm, let alone hot; cutlery was brought substantially after the food itself for some of us. A flustered evening for staff, and a slightly disappointing visit to a GreenPark/Athi River Art Caffe that we usually enjoy as our local.

Customer service and the fries were hard, I had to return them.

Products are good, turn around time not good… you can do better on quickly providing service

You make lovely tea and I like it. Unfortunately today it was tasteless

Fix the lavatory issue one washroom you can copy chicken inn concept. A simple urinal would solve a lot of traffic.

I had to walk around looking for salt. The butter for bread wasn't there I had to ask and for the child crayons were promised but never came not even a feedback of not available.

Please put the bar area next to the coffee station if you're going to have one person as the barista and mixologist. There was a delay in service because the stations are on opposite sides of the restaurant. It will fasten the service. Irene did a great job with service though

Everything is great except for the fact that you stopped packing take out cake slices in cardboard boxes. Now you use cheap see through plastic.

Kindly install a urinal for gents. Some men urinate on toilet seats
